Project Management Consulting (PMC)
Shaw's extensive background in technology and EPC enables us to manage large refining projects that involve many different technology licensed units. Shaw can provide a single interface to the client and ensure the consistency of project deliverables from all licensors.
During the preparation of process design packages, Shaw works closely with its client to define a project's contract and technology requirements. During the front-end engineering design (FEED) phase, we serve as liaison between technology licensors and contractors. As a project moves into the implementation phase, Shaw functions as a client representative for all aspects of the project. From participation in hazard and operability studies (HAZOPs) and other safety reviews to managing the engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up and leading performance tests, Shaw provides experienced operations professionals to ensure your project is successfully executed.
